We knew this restaurant, having been there before. The setting is nice, but tonight we were very disappointed with everything else. We had to ask for the glasses of wine we ordered, they were out of Vals sparkling water even though it's on the menu, and my husband asked for a cognac... they were out of it too. The frogs' legs were good, but being in the Dombes region, we expected them to be excellent... frankly, we've had better. We hope they improve!

As regulars, we had lunch there today. The welcome was very pleasant and the staff were always attentive. We enjoyed a delicious meal without any waiting; it was a very pleasant experience, despite the rather hot weather, but we were well sheltered on the terrace.
We always return with pleasure and have never been disappointed.

I had a lovely time at La Bicyclette Bleue. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. The Pain Perdu is a MUST try!

A very warm welcome, attentive waiters, a lovely and pleasant terrace, and a delicious meal (for two: two-fish tartare, goat cheese crème brûlée, and delicious, perfectly seasoned frogs' legs). Just one small complaint about my dessert: the chocolate fondant wasn't very gooey. I highly recommend this restaurant.
