La Biolle sur Marnaz

A very nice place! However, the food was only average. Having ordered a tartiflette, we could see at first glance that it wasn't very fresh! A shame. As for the potato fritters, compared to before, their shape is nothing like what you'd expect: much smaller, apparently cooked in molds, like large madeleines, and therefore, even if they taste good, they're definitely not as good as the traditional version! The price is reasonable, so they need to improve a bit!

I was just disappointed by the salmon gravlax, which wasn't actually gravlax despite paying an extra €3 on the menu, and by the slow service. The setting was beautiful. The potato fritters were excellent. The staff were friendly.
