La Bisquine sur Loudeac

We had a last-minute idea to go out, and La Bisquine, serving French cuisine, was a wonderful experience. We especially appreciated the wine selection, made by the waiter, which was a perfect match for our taste, and the delicious food.

After enjoying a superb Rossini steak and duck breast, both cooked to perfection and served with great friendliness by the owner, we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Passing through Loudéac, I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant: fortunate, because there were only a handful of seats left, the place was packed, so you should definitely book in advance if you want to eat there; and a pleasure because the dishes are high quality, prepared with local produce and with great skill in cooking them. The set lunch menu (starter, main course, and dessert) is €18, and the service is very professional and efficient; the courses flow seamlessly. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to the region.

A truly wonderful place with excellent cuisine, a friendly welcome, and a pleasant setting. Not to be missed if you're in the area.
