La Bodega sur Troyes

Being of Spanish origin, I admit to being quite demanding about the dishes offered by this type of restaurant and...frankly I was amazed by the excellent quality of the paella (with seafood) that I had. tested yesterday! A real delight for the taste buds 😋

Impeccable hygiene, fresh food (fish) of high quality even for a cook like me. To be frequented without moderation. Ordered a mixed paella again for Tuesday evening. And what's more, the decor is nice. Philippe Henrion, craftsman in Troyes. I personally went to Spain for 15 days in April, I ate two paellas. Well the paella at the bodega was better. You have to understand that in Spain, we are considered tourists above all.

Hello to all readers, I find the 5 negative reviews on the bodega worrying and strange whereas before there were only 4 and 5 star reviews before its last 4 months, so in conclusion I find its reviews unhealthy with really things negative ones that don't even exist. I am a long-time customer who has shared the bodega's dishes with work and family several times.
