As a Spanish woman who grew up in Spain, it's always a pleasure to think back to where I come from. Thank you for everything, it's truly incredible! Viva España! 🇪🇸

Le Moulin de Pierre

17/09/2026: Special requests are easily accommodated here. An ice cream served in a glass with a delicious tart, not to take away? No problem. The biggest problem is deciding what to eat. Very friendly service.
09/09/2026: We had breakfast there every morning during our stay in Troyes, and it was very good. The croissants and small sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The counter was enticing and well-stocked with lovely pastries. The waitress served us with a smile and was always very friendly.
