Came for a cocktail, welcoming service, shaded terrace!

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, nice and good, attractive prices… a little place that gives the impression of being on holiday! Perfect in every way.

Excellent meal. We ate early and the restaurant was happy to accommodate us. Waiting staff were amazing. Helped to get us sorted and enjoy our evening.

For over 10 years we've been enjoying delicious meals at this restaurant. Last night, the food was still excellent, but the service was a disaster. They made three mistakes at our table alone. We waited an interminable amount of time for a portion of fries while others were coming out of the kitchen. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review. I understand perfectly well that it's a complicated profession and that it takes time to learn, but the way this young woman (Sophie) reacted was completely unprofessional. Worse, she acted as if she didn't see us. A small smile and a simple "Excuse me, I made a mistake" would have been enough, but no, her colleague came to us to explain her errors. I will return to Maxime because I love this restaurant—the place, the food... but if the service is the same, it will be the last time.

My girlfriend and I had a great afternoon chatting. The waitress was friendly and gave us all the time we needed, no pressure at all. Thank you!

We've been to this restaurant five times and have always been very satisfied. The food is good, the waitresses are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. However, tonight we were particularly disappointed. The waitress at our table (named S****e) didn't seem to realize from the start that I had a reservation, which meant her colleagues were waiting for our table. Then she didn't write down the order correctly, so my husband never received the extra sauce he'd requested, and worst of all, my son was served after we had all finished our meals. The poor child was desperate after waiting almost 30 minutes for his plate of fries. We had to ask three times for bread, water, and his meal. And to top it all off, she sighed, looked up, and then pretended not to see us for the rest of the meal. Of course, she wasn't at all sorry for all her oversights. We thank her colleague for taking over and would like to mention that we enjoyed the good food and the very pleasant terrace. We hope things will go better in the future.

Our experience was less positive than others. We ordered the ribeye steak, advertised as a matured cut of approximately 500g. This cut wasn't very thick, but it was very fatty and had a lot of waste. I think I ended up with only 150g of meat left. The fries were also very greasy. We were really looking forward to it, but in the end, it was a big disappointment, and we also had a bad night's sleep due to indigestion. The place itself was very nice, and the staff were great too!

We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. A must-try for anyone visiting Troyes.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years and have always appreciated its pleasant atmosphere. However, on our last visit, we felt rushed out the moment we arrived. Within ten minutes, we were asked four times if we had chosen our dishes, which made the start of the meal feel rather rushed. The staff is young, energetic, and very friendly, but they seem to lack experience or training in certain aspects of restaurant service. As for the food, it was decent, but nothing special. We found our galettes a bit dry and not salty enough, which was a shame.
