This is a restaurant I've frequented for several years and have always enjoyed. The food was good, as usual, no complaints there. However, I was quite disappointed by the pace of the service this time. We ordered an aperitif, but the main courses arrived almost immediately, without even giving us time to enjoy our drinks. After that, everything moved very quickly: frequent clearing of the table, several calls to ask if we had finished, dessert and coffee served all at once… We felt rushed throughout the meal, which made it less enjoyable. In less than an hour, aperitif, main course, dessert, and coffee were all gone. It's a shame, especially for regular customers who come to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and take their time.

Food was quite Good And prices where fair. Nobody there could speak English so we had to try to speak French. Which Is Not necessarily A Bad Thing but interesting for such a touristy location

We came last night, May 8th. We ordered two rib-eye steaks with fries, extra onions, cheddar, and bacon. Our daughter had the cooked salmon with chorizo ​​risotto, and our son had the butcher's cut. Honestly, everything was delicious. When we woke up this morning, the first thing we said to each other was, "Wow, that was amazing last night!" And the staff are very friendly. Having lived in Troyes for over a year, this was my first time trying this restaurant, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The breaded chicken burger and the risotto with duck leg were incredible. A big thank you also to the young waitress for her infectious good humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

Dinner on a weekday. A warm welcome from the young woman serving and a quality dish (rib steak). Excellent value for money: rib steak + side dish for under €25, nothing to complain about. I recommend it 100%.

22/03/2026: An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.
15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay at Maison de Rhodes. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the restaurant was intimate with quick and attentive service (we even had the opportunity to chat with the chef who came to make sure everything was going well and share a few secrets with us). A stay at the hotel that made us feel right at home!
