This restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. The quality, taste, and quantity are all present in every dish, not to mention the warm welcome. You can't visit Troyes without stopping here. I highly recommend it.

We ordered four different dishes (linguine, cheese salad, cheeseburger, and goat cheese and honey galette). We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and found our dishes (and everyone else's) excellent! Everything is fresh and homemade. The fries are also delicious (and that's coming from a Belgian). The white sangria was very good. We especially want to thank Astou for her impeccable service, her kindness, and her sense of humor. Thank you for the warm and attentive service with our children. We will definitely return to Maxime's restaurant on our next trip to Troyes! Well done and thank you to the whole team!

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.

28/06/2026: Convenient location, close to the centre of the old town. Cheap parking nearby (the hotel parking was full). Good sized room, with great AC which was necessary given the heat wave. Though beds were extremely hard. Decent bar.
01/06/2026: It's perfect for a stopover in Troyes.
