Restaurant Maxime sur Troyes

This restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. The quality, taste, and quantity are all present in every dish, not to mention the warm welcome. You can't visit Troyes without stopping here. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very pleasant, we had a great time and the food was delicious!

Fast service, very friendly waitress, and excellent food. We recommend it. Visited today.

I recommend this restaurant with its very pleasant terrace that gives it a holiday feel...

Nothing exceptional, except for the terrace.

Perfect for drinks or lunch and dinner

Fantastic experience and a wonderful discovery! Excellent food and perfect cuisine. Impeccable service and a very pleasant waitress. We hadn't been before, but we'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic meal with friends last night… The linguine with prawns and chorizo was to die for! 😀 The waitstaff was very quick and efficient… Absolutely nothing to complain about, just perfect.

A very warm welcome, the staff are friendly and attentive. The service is efficient. The portions are generous and excellent value for money. A comprehensive and tempting dessert menu. This restaurant offers a quiet, shaded terrace.

We ordered four different dishes (linguine, cheese salad, cheeseburger, and goat cheese and honey galette). We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and found our dishes (and everyone else's) excellent! Everything is fresh and homemade. The fries are also delicious (and that's coming from a Belgian). The white sangria was very good. We especially want to thank Astou for her impeccable service, her kindness, and her sense of humor. Thank you for the warm and attentive service with our children. We will definitely return to Maxime's restaurant on our next trip to Troyes! Well done and thank you to the whole team!
