We came by chance and ate very well! Both the tapas and the dishes were delicious, the owners attentive and friendly (and the air conditioning appreciated). Lots of different choices that can please everyone!

Too bad the waitress is a little stuck up and lacks humor, the smile would be a plus, impeccable cuisine, plentiful and good

There are 4 of us, we stop by unexpectedly following a long day of work on the circuit. Many restaurants closed on Monday. Jovial and friendly welcome from the owner. Fast service. We ate well. Tiquillos and squids. The boss is grumpy but cooks well... 👍

Le Relais du Château

18/08/2024: Congratulations to the new relay team at Château de Chalais. We really enjoyed ourselves this Sunday lunchtime, refined and original dishes from starter to dessert, a good wine recommended by the charming manager. A special note for the two-chocolate millefeuille with its ice cream accompanied by a parcel of parsley! Very original and delicious 😋 It’s really an address that I recommend to everyone and where we will return with pleasure.
18/08/2024: Well done ! New fish restaurant at the Château de Chalais, really excellent, from starters (tapas) to desserts and of course the main courses, everything is delicious, congratulations, we had a great time 🥰 the chef is starred and it shows! Very good IGP Périgord wine

10/07/2024: Superb discovery of this little café, daily menu different every day, fresh quality products, impeccable cooking, presentation and service at the top 👌 really a surprise! I totally recommend!
