Gourmet meal and very refined dishes, especially the fish. The sauce on the meat dishes was too salty for me. A very beautiful place.

A delightful surprise in Aix-les-Bains! Dining solo that evening, I thoroughly enjoyed the €95 tasting menu, as well as the bottle of St-Véran recommended by the sommelier (I took it home with me and will finish it tomorrow 😂). Please use a spoon to better appreciate the sauces and side dishes!

Disappointing for the price. The place has no atmosphere. Slow service, bland dishes, and undercooked meat! They listened to our feedback, but it made no difference. We won't be returning.
