Very well cooked leg of lamb accompanied by new potatoes (tasty and not greasy) Excellent!
The downsides: the price of the glass of wine (no drinks menu presented) when the waitress asks me what I want to drink, (so a somewhat "imposed" price) when I order a rosé "without origin" and a coffee at ....3€.
Too bad, I had the feeling of having been a little.....abused.
But, I remind you that the piece of meat was very good and very well cooked.
Which makes up for “my flats”......

A great butcher where you can choose your meat and let the chef highlight it for you. At the top and the little extra with the owner's cellar.
P.S: the frayed breaded trotters are killer.

Came one evening in early July 2024.
Excellent experience in this butcher shop/restaurant. Quality products cooked in front of you. We may regret the lack of quantity of marrow bones as a starter but we immediately make up for it in the quality and quantity of the sweetbreads. The welcome and service was excellent.
However, the price displayed on the bottles of wine is not identical if you consume the bottle on site (read the menu carefully)

An unusual place which hides behind the butcher's shop, a small room for eating.
A menu is available but you can ask to cook the meat you buy on site.

The quality of the products is excellent, but the welcome from the boss, the rude little curmudgeon who allows himself to talk really badly to the customer should change jobs, let it be said.

The roast chicken and meat in general is delicious. On the other hand, the boss is rude, arrogant and pretentious. It's a shame to take your customers for *** and roll your eyes every time. We really feel like we're bothering him when we come to his house. The lady at the checkout catches up with the customer experience.

Excellent place for parties of 6 to 8 people. This restaurant offers quality without the exorbitant price for top-shelf meats that are well-prepared and served alongside an excellent wine menu. The small, intimate setting ensures fresh ingredients, which I always look for when choosing a restaurant. Highly recommended!

Magnificent discovery during a visit to Paris. The welcome is tip top, market day so very pleasant outdoor atmosphere. The meat is top quality and perfectly prepared. The portions are generous, with a glass of Saint Chinian we were close to perfection!! I recommend ++
