Excellent meal.
The calf's liver was delicious, as were the fries.
The setting is pleasant, perhaps a little noisy.
The servers are welcoming and professional.
One small drawback: a bit of a wait at the end of the meal.
I recommend it.

This restaurant is truly fantastic. We were welcomed with great kindness. We were given a table on the terrace so our beagle would be comfortable, and they brought him a bowl of fresh water. The dishes were excellent: bone marrow for a starter, rib steak for me and rump steak for my partner, and to finish, a rhubarb financier. A huge thumbs up for the perfectly cooked meat—it was a real treat! And of course, a big thumbs up for the quality and friendliness of the waitresses and waitresses. So I highly recommend it if you're ever in Aubières.

This was our first time dining at the butcher shop. We were just passing through and received a very warm welcome. We had a wonderful dinner, and they took excellent care of the children. Coloring books, crayons, lollipops, a balloon, and a glass with the restaurant's logo—it was perfect! Don't change a thing! Béatrice and Pascal

We arrived as a group of four on a Saturday night without a reservation and were welcomed without any problems. The service was quick and efficient, the menu is clear, simple, and very tempting.
I was able to try the tartiraclette, a delicious combination that I highly recommend. ^^
I would definitely go back.
