Still as good as ever, excellent meat. Impeccable service. Spotless restrooms too. It's not the cheapest, admittedly, but the quality is there. Well done, because it's a restaurant I've known since it opened, more or less 30 years ago.

We usually go to La Boucherie restaurants whenever possible. The one in Aubière is our regular spot, and we have to say the quality of the food has dropped considerably. While I can't prove it, I suspect they're using the microwave extensively. My burger was served cold (this is the second time) and reheated very quickly. It's a shame, but I think that was the last time we went.

It was a stop on our holiday, on the way back we went back because we were very satisfied, a special mention for Junior who is really very pleasant and very professional, top-notch.

11/06/2026: Very pleasant, as usual; it's my children's favorite restaurant. Today there was a bit of a wait, which is understandable given how busy it was. They did their best, well done and thank you to the whole team. We'll be back as usual, and always keep smiling; it's a pleasure to see smiling waiters and waitresses. Smiling bartender, excellent head waiter, etc.
10/06/2026: We had a wonderful meal! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. A big thank you to Suzie, who took care of us with such kindness, professionalism, and a smile. We had a great time. We'll definitely be back! 😁
