I went there around 1 p.m. so not too many people and less waiting. The two waitresses were great, friendly, smiling, sociable, and attentive. My dish was hot and the tender flank steak was good, the two people who were with me liked their dishes. The only downside is the waiter (intern) who unfortunately due to his lack of desire and seriousness, his outfit not very appropriate for this job and constantly on the phone slightly degrades the atmosphere when we arrive. I don't hold it against it but it's a shame. I couldn't help but point this out to the waitress.

Already had an experience in another restaurant the butcher shop. Very disappointed by this restaurant in Bourgoin We will not return there. A requested meat was served rare, blue limit, An ice cream lacking accompaniments, unpleasant waitress.

Very good restaurant, we have been here several times and never disappointed, the meat is excellent and the other dishes too. Impeccable and fast service. The friendly and smiling welcome. Congratulations to Marine and Lucas who took care of us yesterday.
