Passing through Angers and staying at the Ace Hotel, I stopped for dinner at La Boucherie upon arrival. I received a very warm welcome, and the setting is pleasant and quiet (perhaps because it was Monday evening). The menu is decent, and the food is excellent. Perhaps the terrace could use a little more lighting. Edit 06/10/26: Returned for lunch with the set lunch menu. Still satisfied.
