30/08/2026: I went to the restaurant to accompany an elderly person with mobility issues. We had initially reserved a table for two not far from the buffet, but before we even started, before we had ordered or been served, we noticed an empty table closer to the buffet. So we moved to that table and, in doing so, put down the cutlery and glasses ourselves to help the already very busy servers. We received a reprimand for this from one of the servers, I believe the manager. Unfortunately, the person accompanying me then went to the buffet to help themselves before waiting for the manager to take our order. After that, we had to wait a long time for our food to be served, which I find very regrettable and unacceptable. We had come to enjoy a pleasant lunch together, and we were quite disappointed by this person's behavior. However, the food itself was excellent; the portions were generous and very good, and the buffet was well-stocked with several appetizers to choose from.
