10/08/2026: Lunch yesterday was my first time at this type of establishment. I'm giving it 3 stars to avoid being too harsh, as the meal was good, but the overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. We arrived around 12:30-12:35 PM and the restaurant was far from full. Despite this, we waited about 20 minutes before we could order, then another 30 minutes before being served, making a total wait of nearly 50 minutes after we were seated. I asked if this wait was typical. I was told that it was "a bit busy." However, looking around, less than half the available tables were occupied. The meal itself was thankfully good. On the other hand, once we finished, we waited for almost 15 minutes without seeing a single server to clear our table or even offer us the dessert menu. We finally decided to leave, making our dissatisfaction clear. A gesture of goodwill was made by not paying for the drinks, which we appreciated. It's a shame, because we would have gladly tried some of the desserts, which looked very appetizing. But after almost two hours in the restaurant, the wait had become too long. For a first experience, it was unfortunately disappointing, and we probably won't be back. It's a pity, because the quality of the meal itself was quite good.

09/04/2026: I've never seen anything like it, to be honest... A restaurant/bar/pizzeria that kicks you out because you're the only one having lunch on the terrace. The young woman preferred to keep her tables for two and make them into tables for four, just in case... even though they weren't reserved... I went back at 1 p.m., and the terrace was still half empty. Brilliant! Goodbye, La Tocante! Response to your return: Given your response, sir, self-reflection isn't exactly your strong suit either. The young woman didn't greet me with a "hello" and a smile. She's learning her trade, no problem, but you don't kick out customers. Perhaps the manager's attitude sets the tone...

15/08/2026: A huge thank you to the entire Bon Betend team for delighting our taste buds and those of our guests! From the welcome drinks to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious, refined, and served hot. The waitstaff was exceptionally kind and professional, always attentive without ever being intrusive. We received nothing but praise from our loved ones throughout the evening. You greatly contributed to the success of this unforgettable day!

15/06/2026: Slow service! Very poor hygiene! The waitress handled pastries without gloves and without washing her hands!

04/06/2026: The food was decent. However, the service was far too slow. And having to use your phone to look at the menu? 😱 Seriously, stop forcing us to eat with our phones; forgetting about them for a bit is good. So, no menu via QR code, thank you.
