Coming from Lyon for a weekend in Saint-Herblain, we came to eat last night. The service was very pleasant and the food very good. However, the restaurant itself wasn't great; travelers were squatting in their parking lot and illegally hooking up their electricity. What is the municipality doing to help them get rid of them? Apparently nothing, which is a disgrace. Best wishes to the butcher shop staff.

15/01/2026: My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner at this restaurant; it had been ten years since my last visit. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is extremely well-run. As I mentioned, a little something extra on the Asian tartare would be perfect—a sprinkle of sesame seeds once it's prepared. The waiter came to present the meat and condiments to me, along with the preparation, and even asked how much wasabi I wanted—very professional. A wonderful experience without a single flaw.
