Salama Bazaar has been around for almost 30 years, and that's no coincidence. My grandmother used to shop there, and I still do today. The quality has remained the same: excellent meat, merguez sausages that don't fall apart when cooked, and a consistently warm welcome. When a business survives three decades while maintaining its loyal clientele, it's a sign that it's doing things right. Beyond the quality of the products, it's also the human touch that makes all the difference. In a time when supermarkets and large chains are everywhere, it's invaluable to be able to rely on a true neighborhood shop, where you're recognized, given advice, and greeted with a smile.
