A wonderful discovery this lunchtime. Passing through and invited by a friend, I had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant, which truly brightened my day. The cuisine is exquisite, with each dish revealing beautiful flavor combinations. The chef is a master of his craft, creating dishes that are both elegant and flavorful, a real treat for the taste buds. And because a good restaurant is also about atmosphere, the welcome and ambiance were equally delightful. A place I happily recommend, and above all… a restaurant I will definitely return to. Thank you to the chef for this lovely experience.

As promised last year, we returned; A beautiful menu that warranted confirmation both visually and in terms of taste. I sampled everything from the appetizer to the dessert, a true delight. I can't even list all my choices for lunch, but I'm sure the pleasure will be there when you discover these surprises... We'll be back next year for more discoveries.

Great, the price reflects the quality of the food. The only slight downside was the pork in gravy was a little overcooked, otherwise Eddy is a pleasure.

What a hidden gem! From the very first moment, you feel that the cooking here is done with passion. Chef Eddy and his wife run the restaurant together, which makes the experience incredibly personal. Even though they do everything just the two of them, the evening unfolds in a relaxed manner with genuine attention for every guest. The dishes are beautifully presented and, even more importantly, each and every one is delicious. You can taste the fresh ingredients, the creativity, and the craftsmanship in every course. Everything is prepared with care, and you can see and taste it. The best moment was when Chef Eddy himself came to the table for a chat. That personal touch gives the dinner just that little bit extra. If you are near Valras-Plage or Béziers, absolutely do not miss this culinary hidden gem. A restaurant where love for the craft takes center stage. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to return!

Coming from Auvergne, we found this restaurant on Google, just 2 km from the highway, very easy to get to. Very welcoming staff! Excellent food! Very reasonable prices for such refined cuisine! We highly recommend it!
