In a very beautiful village which has kept its memories of yesteryear, a superb stopover in La Bougnate where everything was perfect, the hotel and the restaurant. An address not to be missed.

Only for the restaurant. It's good, and the place is pretty. Good value for money. I just found that the chef was a little unpleasant with the waitresses, it didn't exude joy of life.

In a very beautiful village, excellent restaurant. We had lunch on the terrace, pleasant and smiling welcome, impeccable service with regional products. Very well served by the professional waiters and waitress. Excellent value for money.

Charming, beautiful room, good breakfast but a little too expensive, price not justified enough. A terrible waitress! Help, it will ruin your business. Defend customers instead of incompetents! . Breakfast is good, unlimited bread and fruit juice, good products but €14 is way too much! Dinner, only once because we waited almost an hour between the main course and dessert watching our waitress pass in front of us three times and leave empty...without clearing up! We had to “force” her. Not to mention, no smile since our arrival! It asks the same questions that I was asked when booking! Great! And when she serves the dishes, no “bon appetit” I’ve never seen that! She always has her head in the air instead of taking care of her customers! And so cold. Remember Table 34! Since when he left, the boss preferred to criticize customer feedback instead of taking it into account like the pros do! But he didn't notice that we were going up the stairs next door!🤣 And we weren’t the only ones to complain about waiting too long! It seems. Un menu du jour à un prix abordable, dont un sauté de veau plein de petits légumes, c'est rare dans les resto ! et un excellent entremet aux fraises; le meilleur repas de notre voyage en haute Loire ! belle terrasse ombragée. Serveuses bien sympathiques.

Très déçus, de passage à Blesle nous vin réservé une table pour 5 et avons rencontré une amie qui dormait dans cet hôtel. Arrivés pour dejeuner nous avons informé le chef que nous étions 6, il a bougonné en nous conduisant à notre table. Au menu bar ou entrecôte, le bar était légèrement surcuit et ceux ui ont pris e la viande ont été déçus au pays de l’aubrac. En revanche, personnel jeune, sympathique et efficace
