It's a shame that the presentation and decoration of each dish overshadowed the taste and cooking of the ingredients.
For example, the sweetbreads (in a modest portion) weren't as tender as they should have been, but rather overcooked, as were the mushrooms, which were also lukewarm compared to the accompanying mousseline. Disappointing, therefore, compared to the excellent scallop and seaweed starter...

One of the best restaurants in Indre-et-Loire.
Everything is there for a wonderful evening: a professional yet relaxed welcome, high-quality dishes (flavorful, beautifully presented, and original), and a very pleasant dining room and atmosphere.
I highly recommend it; everything is perfect. Not going would be a mistake!

This time, I was rather disappointed by the set menu, which is now €42. There were very few sweetbreads on the plate, but plenty of mushrooms. No fish was on the menu.
The desserts were very disappointing.
