Valérie and Jean-Marie are, after 20 years, still the same. The welcome and the quality are there. BOURIOLE must be known and recognized for its true value. Don’t change anything, Jean-Marie, you are the strong head of Pleynet but you can be, you have values. You and Valérie were able to brilliantly take over the family business! Congratulations

L’extérieur ne paye pas de mine.. mais à l’intérieur nous découvrons une excellente cuisine proposée par le chef Pierre Marie.. des produits frais, cuisinés avec saveur, de l’entrée au dessert.. une très agréable surprise d’autant que l’accueil est très chaleureux à l’image des assiettes.. Mérité le détour…

During a short stay at Pleynet we had lunch and dinner as a group for 3 days in this restaurant: group meal reserved in advance and unique menu unlike other customers. Everyone appreciated the cuisine and the quality of the welcome from the chef and his wife.

Wonderful welcome from the chef, Jean-Marie Reisse, and the restaurateur , Valérie, with a smile and humor. Warm mountain setting. And famous cuisine! Our group of 23 people enjoyed 6 meals. Strongly recommended !!!

04/09/2024: Enchanting. Phenomenal setting, timeless, warm welcome. The chef is kind and very talented, the dishes are of exceptional quality for an affordable price. To do and redo, if I could go there every day I would.

Le Sainbioz

29/08/2024: On vacation in the region, we had the opportunity to explore the places while going for a drink after our hike. As a Belgian beer lover, I can assure you that their drafts are of a high level. Regarding the meal, it was faultless (Fondue Savoyarde). The dessert... divine, homemade and made to order! A blueberry pie completely different from our usual but just delicious. And as if that wasn't enough, we even had a digestive (which is rare in France and even more and more so in Belgium).
