Honestly, an excellent experience from start to finish! The restaurant is truly exceptional; you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. I started with a beef tartare as a starter, and it was simply incredible: ultra-fresh meat, perfectly seasoned, well-balanced… a real pleasure to eat. The rest of the meal was just as successful, with flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. You can see that the cooking is done with passion and precision. No complaints whatsoever; everything was executed flawlessly. The service also deserves a mention: the waiter was truly outstanding, very welcoming, smiling, and professional. He puts you at ease from the moment you arrive, offers helpful advice, and remains attentive without being intrusive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. And what can I say about the setting… located in the Bourse district, the atmosphere is both chic and convivial. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, with the perfect ambiance for a great time, whether with friends, as a couple, or even with family. Honestly, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Everything is there for a wonderful experience: the quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the really pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent place! We were welcomed and served by Sylvain – a big thank you for his professionalism. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection. The place is clean and we didn't have to wait 30 minutes for our meal (though it wasn't very busy). Thank you to the entire team, even the kitchen staff, for all the little details that aren't always apparent in the dining room. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful! The snails as a starter were fantastic and the ribeye steak was sublime! Whenever I'm passing through, I'll only come here from now on.

We'd been wanting to go for ages, and this time was the charm. Honestly, the onion soup was amazing, and I won't go into detail about the rest of the meal, which seemed more like something from a Michelin-starred restaurant than a brasserie. In short, fantastic meal, fantastic staff, fantastic place. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
