I miss the days of Rosalie. Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame

The meat was overcooked and of poor quality. The service was quick, but apart from one of the waitresses, the others weren't very professional. Scallops were served instead of the scallops we ordered. We knew this restaurant from previous visits and were disappointed. Poor value for money. It's very expensive!

This restaurant used to be our favorite in Châlons. I say "used to be" because it's undeniable that since the change of ownership two years ago, the quality has significantly declined and the prices have increased considerably. There are still a few positive points, for example, their homemade fries are very good, but even cooking a rare ribeye steak seems to be an insurmountable challenge. The green beans were far too overcooked and mushy. This is also reflected in the number of customers. Previously, getting a table at lunchtime was difficult, and it was sometimes noisy because it was so crowded. Now, it's easy to get a table without a reservation; there are even tables available. It's a real shame. After 13 years of loyalty until two years ago, I wanted to try it again because I'd already had a bad experience six months ago. In conclusion, we won't be going back.

Very good food and very friendly staff.

The food was just right; I stumbled upon it and was very charmed. A truly wonderful culinary experience. Don't change a thing.

A pleasant surprise yesterday, everything was perfect: the welcome, the friendliness, and the fast service.

Very long wait between courses. The ribeye steak was very tough and the shallot sauce tasted burnt. In short, a place to avoid.

Perfect, a restaurant worth the detour. If you like good food and a friendly atmosphere, this is the ideal place.

Really good restaurant, what I ate was excellent (scallops in cream sauce) the staff were super friendly.
