The restaurant is located along a small road near Beaune. A warm welcome from the owner. The owner is in the kitchen, preparing excellent dishes. Quality cuisine with a short menu, a guarantee of freshness. A particular favorite is the warm Saint-Marcellin cheese with truffle shavings.
The desserts are also very good.
We love it.
Reasonable prices.
Five years later, same impression, same pleasure!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, just for a light lunch. The chef prepared lobster rolls for us...delicious! The service and the lady's kindness were impeccable.

Fantastic experience at La Bouzerote! You can immediately tell it's an incredibly high-quality restaurant: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and truly delicious dishes. Everything was perfectly executed, from appetizer to dessert, with elegant presentation and exceptional flavors.
The service was top-notch: a warm welcome, a smiling, attentive, and efficient team that wasn't pushy at all. You feel comfortable from beginning to end. A real gem, I recommend it 100% and I'll definitely be back!
