We had a wonderful time at La Braconne!
- The welcome and service were impeccable (they asked us when we were ready for our meals, and once we were, the dishes arrived incredibly quickly).
- The food was simply delicious! We loved every dish! Everything was perfectly executed, and the flavor combinations were sublime. Personally, the revisited sweetbreads were divine; the few pickled red onions added a touch of zest and perfect balance to the dish.
- The atmosphere was very calm, the setting beautiful, and spotlessly clean.
In short, a must-try if you're looking for a high-end restaurant at a good price in Sallanches.

What a wonderful surprise! At 11:50 am for a 12-hour reservation, this restaurant agreed to open its doors for 26 people… and with a smile!
An exceptional welcome, an ultra-professional team, top-notch service, and delicious food from start to finish.

A superb lunch in a picture-postcard setting. The staff were attentive and offered excellent advice. The food was one of our greatest discoveries: original, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent value for money. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this gourmet restaurant!

A wonderful discovery. The creative cuisine is perfect. The service lives up to the standards of the cuisine. A bonus: several young apprentices are very well-guided. And yes, they also train here, and they clearly train well.
