For a family birthday celebration. Everything was perfect. From the advance meal planning to the meal itself, communication was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Superb meal at the La Braise training restaurant! The service is impeccable, the setting magnificent, and the dishes are truly delicious! Special mention for the pistachio crème brûlée, which is excellent! Bravo to the chefs!

A very good training restaurant, despite a price increase on the menu; it's a good restaurant overall. One of the waitresses could be friendlier, or perhaps take a page from the apprentices' book, who are very friendly.

One of our favorite places for a great meal. Yes, the decor and dining room aren't luxurious, but it's comfortable. You're served by friendly young people, the prices are very reasonable, and you'll enjoy some truly unique dishes. It's often full, so be sure to book well in advance.

20/07/2026: Absolutely delicious restaurant from start to finish; from appetizer to main course and dessert, everything is refined, sophisticated, and succulent. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a lovely, very pleasant terrace, but the service is subpar. For example, we were offered neither wine nor water at the beginning, and none of the dishes were described by the waiter when we were served. We felt like we were in a school cafeteria! It's a real shame.
18/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! Set menu for 39 euros including starter, main course, and dessert. My dishes were delicious from start to finish. Can't wait to go back!
