La braise sur Manosque

A great surprise ! The cuisine is refined and delicious, it's truly gourmet. The quality/price ratio is incredible...these days it's so rare to eat well without breaking the bank. The only downside in terms of service, a few small hiccups...but we forgive them because they are apprentices. In short, I recommend!

Beautiful place where you are very well received. Delicious meal, perfect service with young, smiling and competent servers. The price is more than fair. I recommend it.

Top service, good food. A mention+ for the goat's cheese crème brûlée and its scoop of goat's cheese ice cream as well 🐐 a delight 💯 the young servers are at the top. Nice decor, a great experience, we will return

A very good application restaurant. I already knew about the iap's Cafet' and it was a cool concept. We are clearly above it, in terms of culinary and service. 2 downsides: we had booked on the terrace and it was not open and the people in charge supervising the young people are very "cold".

We know the restaurant “La Braise” everything is delicious. Well presented knowing that these are young people who work. Today at lunchtime we chose the menu for €34 consisting of 4 dishes, a delight, but a small downside for the meat dish "beef cheek" which was too salty!!! Damage. Otherwise everything is top notch.
