Training restaurant. Carefully selected menus with excellent presentation and quality service. Suitable for couples, groups, seminars, and special occasions. Excellent selection of local and affordable wines. Shaded terraces, verandas, and indoor dining. Reservations recommended.

Superb meal at the La Braise training restaurant! The service is impeccable, the setting magnificent, and the dishes are truly delicious! Special mention for the pistachio crème brûlée, which is excellent! Bravo to the chefs!

A very good training restaurant, despite a price increase on the menu; it's a good restaurant overall. One of the waitresses could be friendlier, or perhaps take a page from the apprentices' book, who are very friendly.

From the moment we arrived, Bastien, the owner and chef, welcomed us with warmth and simplicity. And the food more than lived up to the hype. We discovered a subtle, generous, and flavorful cuisine, just the way we like it. Dishes crafted with precision, beautiful ingredients, and above all, a true sense of identity. A flawless experience from start to finish. Special mention must also go to the service and the wine recommendations: a perfect match for our meal, demonstrating genuine knowledge and mastery of the subject. You can feel Bastien's passion for his craft, both in his hospitality and in his cooking, and that's exactly what we look for when we walk through the door of a restaurant. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. If you haven't yet discovered Chez Bastien, go without hesitation… you won't be disappointed! Kudos to Bastien and his entire team for a truly wonderful experience. 👏🍷
