Very nice experience for lunch in this restaurant. The menu lacks a bit of choice and diversity in certain dishes but everything is very good. The cuisine is at the level of its star. The setting is friendly and the tables are a good distance from each other. The staff is efficient and pleasant. Affordable lunch menu at €60, good value for money. Impeccable Wine & Food pairing. We will miss the onion starter, too easy and too "oniony" in fact. As well as cheese, 1 cheese required.

We returned with pleasure to this excellent restaurant: delicious, renewed and not fussy cuisine. Good balance between tradition and innovation. Excellent wine. Good service, attentive with the right distance. The reservation procedure was fortunately simplified: it was she who after our 2022 visit had made me reluctant to return (card imprint, telephone number) and I was happy that we decided to again trust the customer. I will of course come back.

A very nice experience. The flavors are original and extremely well crafted. A big point on the chocolate dessert which was spidery. The dishes largely live up to the expectations of a 1* restaurant, especially when we know that it is generally the desserts that fail at 1* restaurants. Faussât is an exception to the rule. But also his sympathy and his presence are the difference. Present in the room, he did not hesitate to recommend a wine to me. Even though he has at his service a young man who is very qualified in oenology advice. Coming personally from the wine and oenology world, I particularly liked their approach, especially from the young man whom I enjoyed listening to with his humility but great passion and excellent knowledge in the field of wine! The plates were as good as they were beautiful. The service was equally excellent. I can only recommend this address which will not disappoint.

Very good evening at Jacques's. Good value for money considering this place has a Michelin Star (290 euros for 2, including a couple of cocktails and couple of glasses of wine). Food was good, tasty, well prepared, all plates looked beautiful and were well seasoned. I asked for a change on one desert and it was done without any problem. I particularly recommend the onion tart and the pressé de pomme de terre as entrances, for main I thought the fish was better than the meat but probably because I am not a big fan of duck which was on the menu that day. For desert, the soufle is a must. The service was lovely, and the team was friendly and welcoming which always gives additional points in Paris ;) Thank you!

Classy ambiance, attentive staff; refined food and wines. Prices are above average, but it's an interesting experience worth trying.

メインの魚料理の火入れが絶妙で、今まで味わったことのない美味しさだったことは確かです。星付きレストランに期待する驚きはありませんでしたが、アミューズやデザートも、酢の酸味、フルーツ、ハーブの香りを取り入れて、バランス良く仕上がっていたと思います。 一方で、接客が良いとは言えない女性の店員がいたことが非常に残念でした。アジア人ではない他のお客さんへの対応もイマイチに見えたので、フランス語を話せということなのかもしれません。また、予約時に指定したメニューやアレルギー等の食事に関する制限も全く認識されていなかったようです… 料理は美味しく、その女性以外はサービスも良かったので、残念としか言いようがありません。お腹を満たすための大衆食堂ではないので、接客もレストランでの食事という経験の一部であるということを考え直してほしいと思います。

Excellent, nous étions une 20aine, donc pas évident à gérer mais le service et le repas ont été très largement au niveau, merci pour cet excellent moment
