A very well-located establishment, tastefully decorated, with a patio that makes you forget you're in the city, a large dining room, and a special mention for the wood-paneled back room, which could be a listed historical monument... The meal was very enjoyable, with excellent wines; just look at the magnificent wine cellar and you'll understand their extensive selection. Don't miss the high-quality sirloin steak, cooked to perfection, served with truffade and a truly divine Bleu d'Auvergne sauce. The servers are attentive and very helpful. In short, everything was perfect. Thank you, we were just passing through on vacation, and we will be back.

Passing through Aurillac, I stopped at Brasserie Aurillac. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I was comfortably seated. A young woman with blue eyes took care of us professionally and with a lovely smile throughout our meal. We thoroughly enjoyed it; a very young and dynamic team. Well done to these young people, keep it up!

While passing through Aurillac, we enjoyed the set menu this Wednesday. We were blown away by the pumpkin crème brûlée. The flavors were perfectly balanced between the pumpkin flan and the touch of caramelized sugar. The confit beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Furthermore, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. We highly recommend it if you're ever in the area.
