The Brasserie du Château is magical! We dined in the lovely veranda in August 2025 and April 2026, enjoying a warm welcome from Delphine and Steve, and Charlotte, our friendly waitress. We savored incredibly fresh fried calamari, delicious with a light and refined sesame seed coating! Then came Royan ravioli with cream sauce—everything is homemade with passion and vibrant colors! Even the daily specials and signature menu are always fresh, varied, and original, with a beautiful and sophisticated presentation! From fresh lobsters straight from the tank to perfectly shucked seafood and oysters, to well-accompanied fish and meat dishes, and the desserts, we were charmed! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, always with a smile and a touch of humor! There's something for every budget, offering a delightful selection of both land and sea dishes! Highly recommended! However, grumpy customers should probably stay away and go chop wood in the forest – it would be a real vacation for everyone!
