I quickly learned with my very limited French that you have to order not only drinks but food if you want to sit at this restaurant. This is after a long day of walking next door at the Versailles palace. So we ordered a hamburger and a chicken sandwich and cold drinks. The food was great and fairly fast.
Our 2nd day was even more tiring since it was a hotter day and we left earlier in the mid afternoon, decided to visit our friends at La Brasserie du Musee, same lady that helped us previous day came out. Except this time we only ordered drinks (2 Coca cola cans to be exact) and she was so nice to even offer and take our pictures. I paid and left of course with a good tip as my way saying "au revoir"!
Très bien placé par rapport au château de Versailles, petite brasserie qui fait le plein des visiteurs du château.
Nous avons fait simple avec une omelette frites.
L’ensemble était cohérent, les omelettes étaient généreuses, la salade fraîche.
Service rapide. Venir tôt pour éviter la foule.
Bémol pour le café allongé à 5€….
