La Bruchoise sur Muhlbach-Sur-Bruche

Very good but extremely expensive. The cordon bleu with cream sauce was €28.50, with an extra charge for sauce; otherwise, it's €3 cheaper. The same goes for the salad; it's an extra charge because it's not included. Otherwise, it's good, but too expensive for our taste. The extra charge put us off, as we've rarely seen that elsewhere.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. As a group of eight, we found the starters and main courses to be very good, even excellent. My only complaint was about the warm goat cheese salad: it was beautifully presented, but the salad and whole endive leaves at the bottom of the plate were inedible without dressing. I'm not a fool! I mentioned this when paying, and it would be great if they took it into account.

Nice little restaurant just beside the town centre. The menu is restricted but well prepared. They have a lot of outside seats, but that just gives you a view of a basic gravel parking lot (with the town centre right behind that). The staff were friendly and the prices were right.
