Excellent restaurant for workers and truckers. Under new ownership on September 7th, it's holding up well 👍. The food is excellent, the buffet is very good, and the hot dish, such as the perfectly cooked fried paupiette, had a perfect sauce, and the fries were cooked to perfection in terms of temperature, quantity, and seasoning. A big thank you for the successful opening day with the new ordering software @jdc. The consultant was on-site, working alongside the restaurant owners, staff, and customers for what was a challenging launch (understandable), but it's going smoothly. Thank you all for keeping our traditional, high-quality cuisine alive!
