A super friendly welcome (special shout-out to Guillaume!), a magnificent view, a relaxed atmosphere, and above all, the best oysters we've ever tasted.
The accompanying white wine was also excellent.

Thank you for making us dream through your passion for oysters at the Arcachon market. I wasn't aware of all the work involved in your profession as an oyster farmer. Tasting them, I thought about all the expertise and patience required to cultivate them. Thank you for everything.
It wasn't a dream we tasted, but an exceptional discovery: oysters with an extraordinary flavor, with delicate hazelnut notes and a slight touch of sweetness… truly surprising and delicious. A wonderful discovery.

Rare are the moments I find perfect in their simplicity. Nothing more is needed: birdsong, good company, refreshing oysters with a bouquet of tender, plump shrimp. I thank the entire team, and especially the friendly waiter who answered all our questions with kindness and intelligence. The only negative point I can find is the lack of ice cubes to chill my glass of white wine, which was getting warm in the sun! And even then, was that really necessary?
