Disappointing, at least as far as the sole and its brunoise were concerned. I don't think I'm mistaken... the vegetables were definitely not homemade. They had no taste, like they were boiled. Otherwise, the service was great and the decor was pleasant.

The food was really good, the portions were more than enough, the prices were very reasonable, the menu selection was incredible, and the staff were very pleasant. I highly recommend it as a must-visit!

05/03/2026: Passing through Ludres, we stumbled upon this restaurant with its enticing menu. We were lucky enough to get a table (it's definitely best to book) and chose the hand-cut steak tartare: absolutely delicious! The quality, price, and service were perfect.

27/03/2026: A very pleasant and lounge-like setting with a beautiful wine cellar on display at the entrance. The restaurant has a very intimate atmosphere and is very quiet. The cuisine is sophisticated, with bold flavors (yuzu/tarragon), but perfectly balanced. A wonderful experience!
27/03/2026: Back at this establishment for several years, I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nice, and I was comfortable. The service was professional, friendly, and quick. The cocktails were well-made, and the charcuterie board was decent for the price. The dishes arrived promptly and exactly as we expected and requested. I will definitely be back.
