A wonderful experience at La Cabane du Trappeur in Ludres. I went with my children and we had a fantastic time. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food was delicious. The children loved it too. Thank you also for the little verrines, a very thoughtful touch that we appreciated. A great place to spend quality time with family; we'll definitely be back!

Vosges salad and scallop salad were excellent, and the fresh pineapple sundae and pineapple ice cream were highly recommended! Everything was delicious, as usual. Thank you, and see you soon, as we come from the Vosges and can't visit regularly! Otherwise...

We had a wonderful time. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly owner. Our daughter is a small eater, and the owner kindly agreed to adapt the children's menu for her. The dishes were very good, generous, and excellent. We went there by chance and were delighted; we will definitely return if we are ever in Nancy again.

Great value for money! An interesting menu and friendly, pleasant staff! A set menu for €16.50 including starter, main course, and dessert. A children's menu that changes regularly (salmon steak!). Personally, I had the €19.90 set menu with starter, main course, and dessert. Homemade bread!

06/09/2026: Visit in September 2026: I've been to this restaurant several times, and I can't offer a different review each time because, for me, it has everything: excellent, refined cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, impeccable service, and good value for money. (A small detail: outside the city center, parking is very easy.) Visit at the beginning of 2026: A very pleasant evening for two. The dishes were subtle, flavorful, and original (with sufficient portions). Impeccable service, discreet background music, and the option to order high-quality wines by the glass (not just a "simple" glass of wine). Visit in July 2025: The service was accommodating to our schedule (baby present), and was quick, perfect, and delicious.

31/05/2026: For a Mother's Day menu, the food was decent, but the price was a bit high at €45. The sauces were good, and so were the desserts.
