La Cabriole sur Tence

A truly wonderful time! The setting is lovely, with large, well-spaced tables outside in the shade. The farm-fresh products were delicious, expertly prepared and presented. The salads with goat cheese were excellent, and the meat, side dishes, fresh cheese, and superb Vacherin cheese were the perfect finishing touches! The welcome was very warm, and the waitress was lovely too! There were 11 of us, and everyone was delighted. 😀

A family lunch at La Cabriole, in a peaceful and authentic rural setting, with a superb view of the Haute-Loire countryside. Here, everything is prepared on the farm: the delicious goat cheeses, the kid raised on-site and cooked to perfection by Mrs. Grangeon, not to mention the excellent homemade desserts. Thank you to Jean for his warm welcome and advice, especially for discovering the local Mazesté beers and regional wines. A true farm-inn where people come for the quality of the products, the simplicity, and the authenticity. A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat.

The cuisine may look simple, but don't be fooled: it's refined. The menu is well-structured. Careful presentation, impeccable service. The setting is peaceful and the dining room welcoming. Highly recommended!

We went to La Cabriole this past Sunday for Mother's Day. It's a superb place. We had a very good meal. Kudos to the very friendly people who welcomed us. We'll be back.

What a delightful surprise!! Our lunch was a real treat!! The slow-cooked dishes made with farm-fresh produce were superb: the kid goat with an exquisite gratin, the charcuterie platters; the array of goat cheeses...bravo!! A charming, well-maintained farmhouse in a typical regional building. We received a very warm welcome from the owners' son. The food is simple but good. A place that feels a bit out of time, the kind you wish you could find more often.
