New location (right next to the old shop, which has kept the roasting location). A very wide selection of coffees and teas. Just one regret about your roasting: to achieve "perfection," offer some coffees with a more intense roast (around the second "Crack") for espresso lovers, as the "Monk's Robe" color isn't the most suitable. You'll see that you'll benefit from being able to offer it to customers who are more demanding of strong coffees, especially since some of your wide selection will lend themselves perfectly to it!
