I find the store quite pleasant. The staff aren't overly friendly, but what supermarket chain has super-friendly staff? For me, a pleasant store is one where you can find your way around quickly and easily find the products you're looking for. So, Super U Alençon is pleasant, in my opinion. I just have one question: why put a "buy two, get one free" pack (see photos) at the end of the aisle when it's significantly more expensive than buying it individually? Thank you for your answer.

Very good store, they're doing a lot of renovations, new fridges at the moment, it's the butcher and deli counter, it's good that they're evolving, pleasant and clean store 👍👌

25/02/2026: A very good experience. We went there for lunch. At €13.50 per person, it was worth it. The staff was attentive and friendly. We ate very well and left feeling satisfied. For the starter, there was an all-you-can-eat buffet, which was very good; however, the potato salad was frozen and had a strong frozen taste. For the main course, I ordered leg of lamb, and my companion ordered grilled sirloin steak. The meats were tender. As for the sides, I chose pasta, which wasn't great, and the fries needed a few more minutes of cooking. We didn't have dessert because we were so full. In short, the dishes at this restaurant are similar to those served in a brasserie or even a roadside diner. I recommend this place and will definitely return.
