La Calanque bleue sur Sausset-Les-Pins

C'était le dernier week end avant la fermeture annuelle. Et néanmoins ce fut une expérience parfaite d'un bout à l'autre. La bouillabaisse est juste exquise, avec beaucoup de finesse dans les trois services + 1 . La qualité est de loin bien meilleure qu'à l'autre extrémité de la baie. Le service est très sympathique, redoutablement rodé et les conseils toujours pertinents. N'hésitez pas ! Enfin c'est un lieu parfait pour ue promenade digestive de bord de mer.

If you want to eat bouillabaisse you absolutely have to stop here! It was incredibly good! Presentation of the fish, explanations of the preparation, a treat! Then our server was great! THANKS

I recommend, we recommend at all times, the Calanque Bleue and its Bouillabaisse Nice setting, beautiful bioclimatic terrace, overlooking the seafront, professional service, friendly and competent waitress. During the meal I dropped my napkin, the waitress noticed it and immediately changed it for me!! We chose the bouillabaisse (which you have to order of course). First presentation of all the fish that make it up. Then the excellent fish soup (not a clear broth!!), very tasty with excellent rust, accompanied by croutons Then the fish are served in order. With an excellent white wine, a Picpoul de Pinet. We finished with the “god” fire dessert: 2 Rove bushes from Gouiran, accompanied by vanilla custard from Madagascar. We were treated to a digestive as a gift, a significant aspect of the commercial gesture. As a bonus we were able to shake the hand of the Chef. A tip for tourists or Marseille residents, leave Bouillabaisse in Marseille and go to Sausset Les Pins (35 km from Marseille, a trifle)

We ate bouillabaisse. I would only say one word: delicious. The service is impeccable, the staff very professional, very competent, and attentive. They make you want to come back. Which we did. The view is simply fabulous. The well-arranged tables allow you to chat without being disturbed by other people. I recommend this restaurant, but don't forget to make a reservation.

We spent a superb evening in your establishment, many thanks. The Mediterranean cuisine is delicious and careful, everything is perfectly mastered. A very nice experience. La Calanque Bleue is a real pearl! The service is impeccable, with adorable staff who know how to make the experience even more pleasant. Each dish is a delight, perfectly executed. All my compliments to the chef! And a small honorable mention to the pastry chef ;) It's a place where you feel good upon arrival and where you leave conquered. I recommend with my eyes closed, a real favorite!

After a round on the Côte bleue golf course we had lunch at the Restaurant de La Calanque Bleue. Everything was perfect. Good products well served. Perfect and attentive service without being burdensome. An address to recommend!!! We will come back 😉
