La Cale de Mordreuc sur Pleudihen-Sur-Rance

We had a very good dinner at this restaurant, which has recently been taken over and redecorated. The dishes are varied, high-quality, and delicious, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that some dishes are a bit pricey.

Very long wait, quality product and friendly but slow service

A beautiful establishment, tucked away in a charming little village... and right by the sea... A lovely terrace where a very friendly young man greets you with a smile. Since we opted for a table inside, we were served by a young woman with a mischievous smile and ocean-blue eyes... But be warned, behind the friendly interactions and the large clientele on August 15th, the team is incredibly efficient. As for the menu? It makes you want to try everything (which, incidentally, will bring us back ;-) The dishes, perfectly executed, are also beautifully presented. And, regarding the desserts... without a doubt, the kitchen hides a true pastry chef... After dinner, we chatted with the owner... even though they were all exhausted from a long day, you immediately understand that she loves her job. The decor of the dining room and even the restrooms... everything is tastefully designed and, above all... spotlessly clean!!! Just a heads-up, if you come by car, you'll have to walk a bit as parking is limited... the best thing to do is what we did... Come by motorcycle!!! 🤣

Feeling peckish for an afternoon snack? Go for it. If you're really hungry, I recommend it too. It's a charming place, with incredibly kind and fantastic owners and staff. Not to mention, the food is exquisite! If you're impatient and need everything immediately, then don't waste your time. Everything is made fresh on-site, which takes a little time. While this is perfectly reasonable, these days people are too demanding when it comes to time... you're on vacation, so take your time and, above all, respect the staff and owners, who are truly lovely.

Everything was perfect: delicious food, pleasant service and atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

We arrived on a Sunday to a full restaurant. The waiter offered us a solution so we could get something: a mixed platter to share with fries. We were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch break.
