La Caleche sur Mielan

Small restaurant with shaded terrace on the busy street. Very good value for money. I recommend.

We stopped here as we were driving through the region and it was lunchtime. It is a typical French lunch restaurant full of local people having their lunch as well as a few passers by like us. very decent food with a salad bar, choice of main dishes (for us a nice steak frites and an excellent "real" carbonara) and a desert all for a very reasonable price. The landlady, who runs things by herself, was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this place.

The waitress is very welcoming, kind and very explicit!!!
