La Camaraderie sur Saint-Pierre-D'Oleron

Until now, we'd been snacking on a bowl of smelt with a beer on our way back from the market. Today, we had lunch at La Camaraderie. I opted for the fish and chips. Everything is homemade and of exceptional quality and freshness. The fish was fresh and breaded just before cooking. Delicious homemade fries. I also had a gourmet coffee. I thought it was expensive (€8.60), but when I saw the variety of desserts and the quality of everything being homemade, I thought it was worth trying. The waiter explained how everything is homemade, and it was nice to know how he makes his little chocolate fondant 😋. A hidden gem to discover. My partner had the seafood sauerkraut (the dish of the day). He wasn't disappointed either. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A very good restaurant. The dishes are excellent, generous, well-presented, and reasonably priced. The gourmet coffee is truly delicious. I even made a very pleasant culinary discovery there 😊 The service is impeccable. I highly recommend it; it's one of the best restaurants on the island 👍
