The welcome was quite friendly, and the dishes were varied. I've been twice with my wife and haven't been too disappointed, but unfortunately, the same dishes were served each time. It would be better to have some side dishes like vegetables or pasta to accompany the main courses, and a bit more choice in the desserts. Otherwise, overall it's fine ☺️ (the only downside is the person at the grill is unpleasant).

One of the best calf's head dishes ever; the broth is very flavorful, the cooking is always perfect, and the gribiche sauce is excellent too. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is top-notch.

Excellent buffet, small but plentiful and varied, the servers were fantastic, the establishment was clean, and the service was quick. I highly recommend it and would gladly return! 👍👍👍

It's a pleasure to have a buffet with French food, and with such friendly staff and servers, which is a definite plus. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Saint-Dié.

Restaurant Logan LAUG

09/08/2026: For us, the best restaurant in the area! The food is of very high quality; everything is truly delicious and expertly prepared. I highly recommend it.
24/06/2026: Edit: This review was for the previous restaurant, "Logan Laug." The owner kept the restaurant's page to ensure positive reviews. I have never tried "La Ruche." A very good restaurant where the watchwords are novelty, a change of scenery, and original, refined flavors and combinations. Be warned, it's a tasting menu; heavy eaters should abstain, despite the number of courses. The prices are comparable to those of a small Michelin-starred restaurant, but they reflect the quality of the work put in by the staff and the restaurant itself. A nice touch is that the chef comes to ask for your feedback at the end of the meal, which lasts at least two hours. Personally, it's not my favorite cuisine, but it's a very good experience. Even though its popularity is evident, when we visited on a Sunday at lunchtime, the restaurant only had two tables occupied, a sign that you can still try to make a late reservation.

14/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were immediately charmed. In fact, we dined there twice in a row. Excellent, homemade dishes. Impeccable service. Good value for money. Beautifully presented dishes. Very friendly staff.
14/08/2026: Great place! We stumbled upon it by chance but weren't disappointed. Friendly service and excellent food. We'll definitely be back when we return to Saint-Dié!
