Restaurant Logan LAUG sur Saint-Die-Des-Vosges

For us, the best restaurant in the area! The food is of very high quality; everything is truly delicious and expertly prepared. I highly recommend it.

Edit: This review was for the previous restaurant, "Logan Laug." The owner kept the restaurant's page to ensure positive reviews. I have never tried "La Ruche." A very good restaurant where the watchwords are novelty, a change of scenery, and original, refined flavors and combinations. Be warned, it's a tasting menu; heavy eaters should abstain, despite the number of courses. The prices are comparable to those of a small Michelin-starred restaurant, but they reflect the quality of the work put in by the staff and the restaurant itself. A nice touch is that the chef comes to ask for your feedback at the end of the meal, which lasts at least two hours. Personally, it's not my favorite cuisine, but it's a very good experience. Even though its popularity is evident, when we visited on a Sunday at lunchtime, the restaurant only had two tables occupied, a sign that you can still try to make a late reservation.

Absolutely flawless! It's every bit as good as its superb predecessor! A delight, refined and flavorful... The €30 market menu includes a starter, main course, and dessert, all made with fresh, divinely prepared ingredients! What more could you ask for? Go for it!!!

A very good lunch at this lovely restaurant in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. Inventive and flavorful cuisine, presented on beautifully chosen tableware. Warm welcome from the owner. Excellent value for money for the set menu.
