Nice setting and tasty cuisine. Yes, it's not cheap but it's excellent and you'll have a great time. If you go there soon, don't miss the carrot beef whose meat has been simmered for 24 hours at low temperature. If you like 'bao', the one offered has a brioche that looks like it was baked in Hanoi. The wines in the food/wine pairing accompany and enhance each dish. With perfectly matured cheeses, get off the marked trails and let yourself be tempted by a delicious late harvest. All that's missing is sauce spoons to fully enjoy the juices and emulsions of each dish, even if the bread and butter served are totally in tune with the quality of the meal.

I came on February 15 for lunch with a friend. Top notch welcome and service! Bravo to Camille and the two young women present that day. Thanks to the chef and his team for these great discoveries. It was excellent ! A pleasant moment, in a soft and modern place!

A warm and professional welcome and what about the cuisine? Simply exceptional, both in production, creativity and presentation. An explosion of flavors in every bite while remaining with a balanced number of components. The ultimate charm for me lies in not choosing what you eat while knowing the full list of ingredients used. Experience to do absolutely. A star in the making.

Je recommande vivement cette aventure culinaire ! Notre choix s’est porté sur le menu signature (5 dégustations) : nous avons passé trois heures à nous délecter des mets. C’était divin.
