How good it is to still be able to count small addresses like this one. The charm here is not manufactured, it is passed on between two bosses who simply love their work and doing it cleanly, simply and with perfect regularity. An (almost) intangible slate, the southwest identity of its emblematic boss continues with his successor, also a great professional and who brings a quiet freshness to what I call an institution. Long live the Cantina, which I am lucky to have just a few steps from my home!
