La Cantine sur Rouen

I usually help out by taking the time to leave reviews, whether positive or negative, and I'm rarely disappointed 😞 We booked this establishment for a work-related cooking session with colleagues. We were surprised to find there was only one chef for eight people, in a tiny 10m² kitchen where you could barely move around... for a workshop where we were all supposed to be cooking... it wasn't ideal. The hygiene was a bit questionable... and that's putting it mildly. I still want to thank the chef who went out of his way to offer us, with limited resources, a pretty good menu and pleasant service. This didn't stop us from having a good evening. A mixed review, but worth reading to improve the service for future customers.

Great little place, warm welcome, very good meal, fast service, perfect with 2 children!

They served coffee at 8 a.m. and gave us a baguette with butter and jam—just what we needed after the journey—for 10 euros. The coffee wasn't rushed, but it had soul. English wasn't helpful.

Very friendly people, cool idea behind it. Definitely worth supporting.
