La cantine sur Blere

28/08/2024: Das Ambiente im Innenhof ist sehr schön. Der Service ist freundlich distanziert, aber eher geschäftsmäßig. Das Essen war enttäuschend. Die Hauptspeise (Magret de Canard) war quasi ungewürzt, das Fleisch überhaupt nicht kross. Insgesamt eine sehr überschaubare Portion, leider alles in allem ziemlich enttäuschend. Der Nachtisch war okay, aber in Summe hat es alles nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht.

21/08/2024: A delightful country hotel. The bedrooms have been tastefully modernised and each has a theme based on a historical character. There is a good parking area at the rear of the hotel. Dinner was an excellent example of modern French cuisine. Beautifully presented and very good flavours. Wide-ranging wine list focussing on the Loire/Touraine area. Simple but good quality breakfast.
