A wonderful discovery!! The service was very pleasant and efficient!!! A special shout-out to the Italian waiter, and to everyone else too!!! Well done to the chef and his team! What a treat!!

A good Italian restaurant, located in a pleasant courtyard setting in the heart of Marseille. The menu is rather small, but the dishes are well-prepared and delicious. The only downside: the prices are quite high considering the portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients, especially the pasta. With main courses starting at €20 and starters at a minimum of €10, a slight price reduction would make a real difference.

The staff gave us a fantastic welcome, we enjoyed an evening on the patio, and the setting was beautiful; we felt like we were in Italy. The dinner was excellent, the menu was explained by the waiter who knew each dish perfectly. The service was high-quality and very fast. It was excellent, beautifully presented. A place worth discovering... but remember to book ahead.

19/09/2026: I've been eating at Al Dente for several years now and I remain a loyal customer because the staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is good and generous. I love my Friday aioli! Kisses to the whole team!

22/09/2026: Excellent service, the pizza, main course, and dessert were all delicious. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
13/09/2026: Very friendly host. Delicious bread with our meal, which they generously offered again and again. Free water was also provided. Some noise from the street came through the open door (but we were already quite sensitive to noise that day). Small, daily changing menu, but everything was incredibly fresh.
