September 2026: Another evening at Le Paradoxe, this time with Gilbert, the chef and owner, who welcomed us and whom we had the pleasure of meeting. We congratulated him on his original, creative, and delicious cuisine. We had another wonderful evening. Cath & Paul March 2026: We returned to Le Paradoxe on March 21st with friends who, like us, highly recommend the restaurant and will recommend it to their family and friends. Still perfect! Cath & Paul Excellent restaurant, refined and highly original gourmet cuisine, a warm welcome, and a beautifully decorated dining room, all at a good price. Ample free parking is available nearby, and there's a large terrace to enjoy when the weather is nice. We had a very pleasant evening. Sylvain was present throughout our meal, offering excellent wine recommendations and detailed explanations of each dish: ingredients, preparation methods, cooking techniques, etc. The dishes boasted surprising flavors that we wouldn't make at home, presented beautifully, whetting our appetites as soon as they arrived. The quality of the food justifies the price of the "pleasure menu." And in good weather, there's a very large outdoor terrace! Cath & Paul
