We had dinner at Paradox in December 2023. On the quality of the meal, nothing to say, it was very good.
On the other hand, the service needs to be reviewed. We arrived at 8 p.m. sharp, the establishment opened at 8:10 p.m. (so 10 min wait in the cold), but above all, we waited until 9:30 p.m. to get even a bottle of water. Obviously, the staff waited for everyone to finish their aperitif (we didn't have any) to serve the starters. So waiting 1h30 to get a bottle of water, I find that unacceptable. We asked for cheese, there was none.
For a gourmet restaurant, this is not serious!

Very long service, no aperitif offered to wait, 3h30 for lunch, it is better not to work afterwards, and there were only 13 customers in the room....on busy days, plan for the afternoon full lunch....in terms of cuisine, very good dishes but not linear between the 3 dishes offered. Rather disappointed

We had lunch for our son's 20th birthday.
We were well received. The dishes were refined, very light, beautiful presentation, accompanied by recommended wine.

Original and very tasty appetizers. Excellent, refined, well-elaborated dishes, superb presentations, in sufficient quantity. Excellent advice for choosing wines to accompany the wines. Excellent service with explanations for each dish of the compositions. And finally, very reasonable price for this quality. In short, great we will come back again. FM

Petit restaurant se cachant dans cenon, en apparence on dirait une maison mais une fois rentré, on y découvre un charmant restaurant moderne et agréable avec sa belle cave a vin visible qui donne un côté design.
L'accueil fut excellente, le serveur explique les multiples petits plats gastronomique
(qui change toute les semaines)
Et sincèrement de l'entrée au dessert, chaque bouchée fut exceptionnel, un véritable plaisir pour les papilles.
Je recommande car le prix est très abordable.
Si vous voulez decouvrir d'autre saveur, n'hésitez pas
