Like many others here, we've been spa-goers three times and sampled the products on Audrey and Jade's menu. Each time, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the oysters and stuffed mussels, and by the warm welcome from our two hostesses. Our advice: Go there!

A delightful culinary surprise.
Passing through Balaruc, we particularly enjoyed the dish of the day (stuffed mussels). The owner, working single-handedly, handled both the service and the cooking with rare energy and good humor.

Although we arrived a little late, we were nonetheless warmly welcomed at this charming little restaurant where we enjoyed excellent seafood at very reasonable prices.
We highly recommend it and can't wait to return, especially for the daily specials which look fantastic.
