The restaurant has a lovely green setting, just a short walk from Claude Monet’s House and the Museum of Impressionisms, making it a great place to relax after sightseeing. The service was decent, although it’s worth noting that no one came to take our order—we had to go to the counter and order ourselves. The prices are reasonable, neither cheap nor expensive. We tried the Beef Bourguignon, which was good but not exceptional. The beef was tender and well cooked, but the potatoes were a little undercooked. The fish and chips were also tasty, although the portion of fish was smaller than expected. On the positive side, the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit.

I had lunch here after visiting Monet's House and Garden. It was good, but nothing exceptional. I tried the Veggie Bowl, and while I appreciated the ingredients and the generous portion, I have to admit it lacked a bit of flavor.

La Capucine is a great place to grab lunch after touring Monet’s House and Garden and Giverny. They have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads along with beverages. You order your food from a counter and are given your beverage and a buzzer. When the food is complete, you pick the order up at the kitchen in another building and bring it back to your table. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It has a very informal atmosphere, and the prices are reasonable.
