Truly superb cuisine, typical, local, I tasted a cuttlefish stew with saffron and aioli: a real treat! All this with a friendly and generous restaurateur, on a sublime square on the banks of the Rhône.

It's been a while since I've had to write this, as our visit to Arles was quite some time ago, but I've kept the card so I can share my thoughts on this place, which was just as wonderful as the arena and the surrounding area. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance; it seemed well-located and very peaceful. We were welcomed by a young, competent, and friendly team! The high-quality and generous portions were much appreciated, along with the cheerful atmosphere! I would definitely go back if the same team is still there.

We enjoyed our lunch during our visit to Arles. The Ratatouille with soft-boiled egg starter was perfect for our 6-year-old. We found the pizza and fish dishes for adults very good. Friendly welcome.

A superb restaurant in terms of cuisine, service (thank you, owner, for the warm welcome and kindness), and the setting itself, which reminded us of the taverns of yesteryear that we never experienced. Go there if you value authenticity more than superficiality and unnecessary frills. Thank you again.

17/02/2026: I used to go there regularly, and I was quite disappointed this time… I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but that's no reason to lower the quality. As for the duck breast, I practically had to search for the sauce and morels on the plate. Before, they would have a small bowl of cream and morel sauce on the plate, but it was generous and delicious. Now, both the portion size and the quality seem to have declined. The cured ham and the mixed appetizers were of lower quality than anything I've had before, and the price reflected that.

Incredible dishes, with authentic flavors that awakened the tastes and memories of our childhood… a true return to our roots and the flavors of yesteryear. 13/05/2026: A visit to the bistronomy restaurant for lunch. We discovered the "market fresh" menu. Simple ingredients prepared with excellence, and incredible sauces that perfectly complemented the produce. The service was top-notch, provided by a head waiter who knew his cuisine and wine cellar inside and out. As a bonus, the chef himself came to check on his guests. Very good. We'll definitely be back to explore the full gastronomic offerings.
