C'est l'endroit pour un excellent plateau de fruits de mer. Encore mieux vous le confectionnez à vôtre goût avec ce que vous aimez le plus ... fraîcheur qualité service impeccable. Salle très sympa et terrasse aussi !

Great restaurant, good food and very good service. The server was very polite and available. We had salmon tartare and oysters as a starter. As a main course, the mussels marinière and the sirloin steak. Everything was very good, I recommend!

We had a great time, the parsley octopus melts in the mouth and the mussels are to die for. I haven't even looked at the prices, I'm on vacation so I'm not going to be cheap. The Blanc de Pierrefeu is excellent, it goes perfectly with the meal. Big thanks to the team 👍

Excellent welcome. Caring staff. Very nice terrace with a view of the port. A little fresh air is good. A very nice menu with good quality products. Very beautiful platters of shellfish, octopus too and many others.... In any case I recommend it.

Ristorante con sala "intera" e plateatico esterno che comunque è come una sala. Offre specialmente pesce (in particolare molluschi, ostriche ect) oltra a qualcosa di carne. Buona qualità, servizio nella media e rapporto qualità prezzo buono (nella zona del porto di Hyeres i prezzi sono mediamente inferiori alle altre località della costa). Ottime le "Moules au roquefort"!!!

Très bon filet de dorade avec coulis de poivron à un prix raisonnable 19,90 Idem fish and ships Vin au verre à tous les prix Service pas très professionnel, souriant mais les serveurs courent dans tous les sens sans aucune efficacité Bref…

12/02/2026: A true delight, the restaurant is still as good and refined after all these years. Everything was delicious from the amuse-bouche to the dessert.
02/02/2026: I want to thank La Colombe for preparing my daughter's 18th birthday meal. The takeaway dishes were generous and absolutely delicious! Our guests all thoroughly enjoyed themselves; it was truly divine. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy good food. A big thank you to the team!
